For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", "our", "iHum", and "the platform" used anywhere on this page shall mean MD RAYYAN NAWAZ, the individual operator of iHum (ihum.in), whose registered / operational address is Lovely Professional University, Kapurthala, Punjab 144411, India. The terms "you", "your", "user", "visitor", and "donor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting iHum and/or has agreed to make a contribution, donation or pledge through the platform.

Your use of the iHum website and/or any donation made through us is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of iHum

iHum is an editorial humanitarian platform that lists active fundraising campaigns and routes voluntary contributions from donors to the intended beneficiaries or causes featured on the platform. Contributions made through iHum are donations, not purchases of goods or services, and do not entitle the donor to any commercial benefit, equity, or guaranteed return.

2. Content & accuracy

The content of the pages of this website is subject to change without notice.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, campaign descriptions, beneficiary stories, impact figures or materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on iHum and/or any campaign page is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any campaign, cause or information available through iHum meets your specific requirements before choosing to donate.

Our website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, photography, written editorial, and graphics. 5. Donations & payments

Donations made through iHum are processed by third-party payment processors (including, where applicable, Razorpay). By making a donation, you authorise the relevant payment processor to debit your chosen instrument for the amount you have pledged.

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Donations, once successfully processed, are generally non-refundable, as funds are routed to beneficiaries shortly after receipt. Refund requests in cases of duplicate transactions or proven payment error may be considered at our sole discretion by writing to hello@ihum.in within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Governing law

Any dispute arising out of use of iHum and/or any donation through us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

7. Disclaimer
